We belive in a co-ordination and support as complete as possible which we call Integral Management. From the support at the beginning of new projects, considering them as an investment, with an image and economic viability research, to the later development of that project. We work on town planning, urban design, infrastructure (urbanization projects, road projects) and building (housing, industrial estates and individual projects). We don`t sub-contract any part of our building projects. All calculations plans projections feasibility studies etc are carried out by us. Our projects include exhaustive control, management and supervision of the work. We firmly believe in the quality of our work and services. Our office facilities boast 150 m2 housing the most advanced resources to develop our projects. We work with integrated system such as: Autocad 2007 Allplan (3D design): building, urban design, landscape architecture and rendering. Cypecad: calculating estructures. Procedimientos Uno programs, Metal 3D, facilities and more than 80 updated programs specialized in architecture and engineering. However our experience and abilty are our best tools. Our projects are mainly based on functionality, each project is unique and has singularities that determine the final result. We go for original and innovative designs, but we do not reject the traditional architecture when the environment demands it. Our projects are chiefly focused in Málaga, a tourist city on the well known Costa del Sol. Málaga is a metropolitan area where both city and coastline can be found, from the Axarquía to Marbella and also inland towns such as Alhaurín de la Torre, Cártama, etc. We have experienced a strong urban growth and we have taken part in numerous projects. |
