Situated near to Málaga airport, this new housing estate is part of an integration plan into an old neighbourhood, which was lacking in facilities, in order to create a suburban area with better structure and services.
We have taken part in the entire process, beginning with the land search, later contact with the developer in order to buy the land, carrying out of the town planning project, partial plan and formalities with the city council. We have improved road communication and access to the area with the construction of a new roundabout. We have also installed 2 km of pipe-work to provide water, installed a sewage purifier, a drainage system, and carried out actual construction of the residential properties.
We have also built an eye-catching sales office and we have had a direct involvement in the works contracting process. This process started in 1999 and finished in 2005.
