TOWN PLANNING: Partial Plan P.P.UR PE 01 ENLARGEMENT EL PEÑÓN

The result: 399 dwelings all with their own garaje and many whit additional storage rooms in the basement, 36 offices, plus an additional 4,000 m2 of commercial premises and boxrooms in the basement. It has wide green spaces and playing areas for children, 10,000 m2 reserved for a school centre and 1,000 m2 for a pre-school centre.The finished result has pleased us so much that we have transferred our offices in Malaga to this sunny, pleasant, well-connected locality not five minutes from Malaga`s international airport.
